Brian Kidd, who led the US Department of Justice’s market integrity and major frauds unit in the Criminal Division since 2018, officially left on 1 January, an agency spokesperson said. Kidd is replaced by Lisa Miller, an experienced white-collar prosecutor who’s taken over as acting head of the unit.
