More Than a Year Into COVID-19: White Collar Enforcement Priorities Haven't Changed
/White collar enforcement activity may have dropped off slightly during a lockdown-filled 2020, but prosecutors will likely pick up the pace in 2021. Practitioners expect to see heightened enforcement in money laundering, tax fraud, and export controls and sanctions. And a majority expects new enforcement will result from the pandemic itself. Those are among the findings in this year's white collar enforcement survey.
