DOJ Announces National Network of Prosecutors Focused on Cryptocurrency Crime

Tracking the rise of crimes involving digital assets and its forward leaning approach to combating digital asset-involved crime, on September 16, 2022, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced the creation of the Digital Asset Coordinator (DAC) Network—a national network of over 150 federal prosecutors from around the country focused on combatting crypto-related crime.
